Dear Friends and well wishers,

An inspiring friend of mine recently said " It is one life bhai (brother). You need to make many lives in this one life. Do not listen to your logical brain always. We do what comforts us but at times you need to listen to your heart". It is for this reason, I keep coming back to Zurich to join our volunteers who tirelessly support the education of more than 750 underprivileged childrens who do not have access to formal education.

My association with the Asha Zurich chapter goes back to 2012. I volunteered as a runner for the first time in 2014 and I will be running again to support the cause for the 7th time attempting a 21km distance. One of the projects that is very close to my heart is "Palas" run out of Shirpur, Dhule Maharashtra, India wherein children from tribal communities are provided informal education with the support of Asha Zurich.
